OUR STORY

  

Dad’s Club Swim Start was established in July of 2007. “Learning to swim for life” is our dedication to teach children and adults the love, joy and benefits of swimming. Our programs are designed for all ages and swimming abilities. Our Coaches /Instructors teach the importance of water safety and lifesaving skills. We promote swimming as a lifelong activity by not only teaching safety but introducing stroke instruction and providing endurance classes for advanced swimmers. For summer league swimmers we offer our STREAMLINE clinic, to prepare and strengthen skills for summer swim team. 


Levels: 

  • Parent/Child classes (ages 8 months – 35 months): SWM- Swim With Me Infants and Tots
  • Toddler Classes: H2O TOTS 1 & H2O TOTS 2 (ages 3-4)
  • Beginner Classes: BEGINNER 1 & BEGINNER 2 (ages 5 – adult)
  • STROKE INSTRUCTION (ages 4 – adult) 
  • STROKE & ENDURANCE (ages 4 – adult) 
  • STREAMLINE  (ages 5 - 18) Summer league prep clinic


Our Swim Lessons provided tracks to the following swimming programs: 

  • Summer League Swimming
  • USA Swimming
  • H.S. Swimming
  • Adult Masters
  • Kids and Adult Tri-Athlons 


We know that swimming is a great activity and the benefits are numerous. Swimming promotes arm and leg coordination aiding in gross motor skills and mental agility. It is also well known for its low-impact activity, putting little stress on the bones and joints. Swimming is that perfect activity that can be done competitively, used for exercise or at leisure.
