Inclement Weather & Special Programs:
Swim Start Lessons are held rain or shine unless we have severe weather directly upon us. In the event that we cancel lessons due to severe acts of nature, we will attempt to notify all families/students about the cancellation via our website and text messaging (Starting September 14, 2020). Due to the number of students we have, we are unable to contact everyone individually by phone.
Canceled Lessons will be posted by time, on the website, at the top of the homepage.
The first lesson cancelled due to weather (per weekday) will not be made up, if sever weather cancels that same class again we will provide makeups. Makeup information will be emailed to parents.
If inclement weather closes the pool during a swim lesson (group, semi-private, private or Stroke & Endurance), if that class is taught for 20 minutes it will be considered a full class.
